I am the sole owner of the information collected on this site. I only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give me—via email, direct contact, or through newsletter or messaging opt-ins. I do not sell or rent this information to anyone.
I use your information to respond to you regarding the reason you contacted me, to deliver services you have requested (such as sending you email or SMS updates), and to improve the experience and offerings I provide. I do not share your information with any third party outside my organization other than as necessary to fulfill your request—for example, to ship a product or process a payment.
Unless you ask me not to, I may contact you via email or text in the future to tell you about new courses, events, writing prompts, or changes to this privacy policy.

Email signups are collected via Mailchimp; you can view their privacy policy at: mailchimp.com/legal

Payments are securely processed via:

SMS Messaging Terms & Conditions
When you opt in to receive text messages, we will first send you a message to confirm your signup. By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from me, Rachel Thompson, at the mobile number you provided. These may include marketing and informational updates and may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system. Message frequency may vary.
Your usual message and data rates may apply. Please contact your mobile provider for questions about your plan. Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
If at any time you wish to stop receiving messages, simply follow the unsubscribe instructions included in each message—usually by replying STOP or clicking a link provided. You will receive one final message confirming your opt-out. To opt in again, just sign up as before.
