This Professional Program is for you if…

  • You have published some writing in journals, a chapbook or a book and are currently working toward a book-length project.
  • Want to join a dedicated group of writers you can run ideas by, and who will share their experiences, too, so that you can move forward with your book and writing career.

The Professional Program is part of the Writerly Love Community, meaning you get access to all the community has to offer, but you get even more:

  • Weekly group calls during each module to get support with your challenges and discuss solutions.
  • One-on-one meetings with Rachel to answer questions and make sure you’re on track throughout each module.
  • One group workshop/critique session per module on your project (creative book outline course, podcast, or “educational” book proposal).

Module 3: Teach & Share Your Brilliance

April–June 2022
This module is all about sharing what you know and building an audience of folks who will learn from you. You will create a course, podcast, or an “educational” book proposal (loosely defined). We start with an exploration of which format will suit your message best, so you do not need to decide between the three options before this module begins. This module comes with instruction tools, and resources to help you create a course, podcast plan and first episode, or a nonfiction book proposal. We will meet weekly (10 weeks total) to discuss your progress, challenges, and solutions. Professional Program Cost

Prices in USD and include applicable taxes.

Full-payment option: $2225

Full-payment option: $825

Sliding Scale Available on All Pricing Options:

I offer a sliding scale pricing model in the hopes to provide more access for writers at this moment when so many of us have lost jobs or have had our income drastically reduced. I believe in and trust the model of a sliding scale and believe and trust in all of you who join. I also offer Reconciliation Pricing for BIPOC and/or Trans Writers (see below).

Standard Price Tier (ABOVE) For employed or retired writers, writers with access to personal or generational wealth, and writers who want to support my sliding-scale practice. Full price.

Support Tier 1 (25% reduction of total cost)
For recently unemployed writers or writers experiencing reduced income and who do not have access to generational or personal wealth. Applicable to full or monthly payments.

Support Tier 2 (50% reduction of the total cost)
For writers experiencing financial insecurity and who do not have access to personal or generational wealth and/or savings. Limited to 10 spots per year; please choose another tier if you have the means to do so. Applicable to full or monthly payments.

BIPOC +/ Trans Reconciliation Pricing (75% reduction of total cost)

I offer Reconciliation Pricing in recognition of how colonialism, white supremacy, and capitalism concentrates resources and wealth into the hands of the few at the expense of the many.

This pricing is offered ONLY to Black, Indigenous and other writers of colour and transgender writers because systemic racism and transphobia create financial disadvantages for these communities.

Because this tier is very limited to 1 spot per year, if you are a BIPOC and/or trans writer with some means or funding, you may wish to choose from the other sliding-scale tiers.

The Professional Program includes a Writerly Love Workshop-Level Membership.

Note: If you’re already paying for a membership, this cost will be included in your professional program fees. (Meaning you will only pay the above prices, and the months of the program will count toward your lifetime membership.) If you are already a lifetime member, you will get 2o% off the cost of the Professional Program.
